It operates six cold-chamber die casting machines from 180 to 500 tons, plus an in-house mold workshop building high-precision molds to customer requirements. It is further equipped with 12 CNC machining centers, 30 CNC lathes, two surface coating lines, one impregnation line, and more than 20 special-purpose and ancillary die-casting machines, along with a coordinate measuring machine and full inspection equipment. Surface treatment and precision machining are provided per customer requirements, and annual output has reached 1,000 tons of aluminum alloy castings.
